Afrika kommt!

Afrika kommt! is a program for young executives from sub-Saharan Africa. The program supports young experts and managers in acquiring further qualifications and promotes economic collaboration between companies from Germany and the 42 countries south of the Sahara. In 2016 - 2018, for the first time two participants will work in non-for-profit organisations in Germany. The core of the program is a placement in a German company or non-for-profit organisation: The participants spend a total of eight months in their respective host institutions and are comprehensively integrated into the work processes. They also attend German language classes and participate in international management training courses. The host institutions benefit from the expertise of the participants and the international network that results from the program.
