About the project

The Foundations Platform F20, founded in the run-up to the G20 Summit in Hamburg in 2017, is a network of more than 60 philanthropic organizations worldwide calling for joint, transnational cooperation towards achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Paris Climate Agreement. F20 acts as a bridge builder between civil society, the business and financial sectors, think tanks and politics – within the G20 countries, between them and beyond. The platform is a venue for strategic cooperation among foundations on climate change, renewable energy, and the shrinking space for civil society. To this end, the organization aims to facilitate global exchange and learning between foundations.

The Nexus Report: Nature Based Solutions to the Biodiversity and Climate Crisis

The report contains clear policy recommendations for governments to develop effective solutions to climate change and biodiversity loss that are mutually supportive.
