Ottilie is responsible for the topics of climate change and migration in the Global Issues area of support and is also the contact person for the Foundation's Ukraine funding. She has worked for the Robert Bosch Stiftung for more than twenty years and has also held positions at the German Foreign Office, the Goethe Institute, and various NGOs. She studied Slavic studies, German studies and Eastern European history in Cologne and Moscow.
