Irene Weinz

Irene is a Senior Expert in the Peace Team, responsible for activities in the Middle East. She is passionate about working with our partners in the region and supporting them in peacebuilding activities. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2007, she worked at Freie Universität Berlin, the European Academy Berlin, and the Institute for European Politics (IEP). Irene studied political science with a focus on international relations and civic education at Freie Universität Berlin and Charles University in Prague.
