The Migration Strategy Group on International Cooperation and Development (MSG) is a joint initiative of The German Marshall Fund, the Bertelsmann Stiftung, and the Robert Bosch Stiftung. It brings together about 25-30 representatives of various German federal ministries and other relevant actors at regular intervals to discuss current migration-related foreign and development policy issues. From 2020 to 2021, the MSG will focus on how digitalization and technological development will likely change migration management and policy going forward.
