As a director, Andrea is responsible for the "Good daycare centers and schools" field of action in the education funding area. Her team focuses on the quality development of educational institutions, with a particular focus on future-proof and sustainable learning and the mental health of children and young people. After studying social sciences and education, she was responsible for educational projects at the Baden-Württemberg Foundation and the Protestant Church in Stuttgart. At the foundation, she has been responsible for projects in the field of early childhood education for over 10 years and was project manager for the German School Award for many years.
