As Senior Project Manager at the Robert Bosch Academy, Stella designs and facilitates the high-level dialogues with our Fellows, partners and other high-level stakeholders. In both multilateral and international contexts, she builds trusting relationships with government representatives, foundations, international organizations and cultural actors and develops strategies that translate ideas into impact. As a historian with a PhD from Justus Liebig University Giessen, she examines the nexus of psychology and power in the post-war period and shows, among other things in her book Healing Holocaust Survivors, how resilience and cooperation emerge from deep ruptures - and what impulses can be derived from this for the future of global cooperation and global governance. She is a trained radio broadcaster and singer, enjoys gardening and is a passionate reader of spy novels.
