Dr. Dana Tegge

Dana is a senior expert in the field of education and is particularly involved in the further development of the practice networks (e.g. trainer network). She is also involved in the design and implementation of school and teaching development measures. Her academic focus lies in the areas of inclusion in the school system, the management of (municipal) education as well as education monitoring and education reporting.

After studying sociology and educational science, Dana completed her doctorate at the Humboldt University in Berlin on the possibilities and limits of indicatorization of inclusion in the school system as a scholarship holder of the Hans Böckler Foundation. Before joining the Foundation, she worked as a consultant in the Secretariat of the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs in the area of "Quality assurance in schools and educational reporting in Germany".
As a research assistant at the DIPF, she was involved in the projects "Municipal Education Monitoring" and "Training and Professionalization of Specialists for Inclusive Education in Germany".
