Maja Augustinović

Maja is a Senior Project Manager specializing in inequality. Her focus lies on intersectional perspectives regarding structural discrimination and issues of justice. One of her key areas is supporting organizations led by people with disabilities that advocate for self-determination, inclusion, and accessibility. She is also particularly interested in making philanthropic work more participatory, power-sensitive, and inclusive.

Maja holds a Master’s degree in “Media–Communication–Culture” from the European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder), St. Kliment Ohridski University (Sofia), and the University of Nice, Sophia Antipolis. Before joining the Robert Bosch Stiftung, she worked in development cooperation in West Africa.
