The program Actors of Urban Change brings together change makers from different cities in Europe and beyond. They invest in new ways of cooperating, find new strategies to make positive change for the common good happen faster and long lasting, making our cities more sustainable and participatory. This publication is providing information about the program, some background for the event URBAN CHANGE TALK Krasnoyarsk, as well as an introduction to the participating teams 2015-2017.
