In Brief

About the project

This project sees the Robert Bosch Stiftung support migrant civil society organizations and formal educational institutions on the ground in realizing joint projects to empower refugee mothers. It is aimed at migrant-led organizations like Migrantenselbstorganisationen or New German Organizations on the one hand and daycare centers or general educational and vocational schools on the other.
The project relies on community collaboration to establish sustainable structures geared toward the needs of refugee mothers and the provision of appropriate support services. The resulting learning experiences and provisions should serve as models that can be carried over to other (refugee) groups and locations, thereby fortifying both migrant civil society organizations and educational institutions in challenging times.
We are now calling for local migrant civil society organizations and formal educational institutions that would like to work together on realizing joint projects to empower refugee mothers.
