In light of continuous change and constantly emerging challenges, we need new approaches to organizational and quality development in the early education system that are sustainable in the long run. The Early Childhood Education Development Forum investigates the topic from different perspectives and identifies quality-focused activities within the early education sector in Germany. Furthermore, it aims to present the complex institutional framework of daycare centers in a stakeholder model that also captures the contributions to educational quality made by institutions, politics, administration, and other stakeholders. The Early Childhood Education Development Forum also sees itself as a platform for exchange among all stakeholders in this field who see the development of daycare centers as a task to be handled together.
