Katharina has been part of the Robert Bosch Stiftung since 2024. She is responsible for the School Barometer, the Startchancen Expert Forum, and additional projects related to the Startchancen Program. Her work also focuses on data-informed quality development and shaping a future-ready education system.
She studied Education and Educational Science in Osnabrück, Berlin, and Victoria (BC). She then completed her doctorate at Freie Universität Berlin, where she examined the implementation of education reforms. Before joining the Robert Bosch Stiftung, Katharina worked as a research associate in the Quality Initiative for Teacher Education and at the Institute for School Quality (ISQ). At the Berlin Senate Department for Education, Youth and Family, she headed the unit for Educational Quality.
