The aim of this working paper is to improve the knowledge base on systemic approaches to understanding and reducing inequality. It reviews key approaches used to conceptualize and address inequality from a systemic perspective. The review was commissioned by the Robert Bosch Stiftung, to inform its own work in the field of inequality, and has since been published as a working paper by the LSE's International Inequality Institute.
