In Brief

About the Project

Current economic and lifestyle practices in industrialized countries are causing serious social and ecological damage. A socio-ecological overhaul is needed to overcome existing injustices, while also preventing potential new social injustices from arising as a result of the transition.
This project from the Institute for Ecological Economy Research (further) develops joint action points for the socio-ecological transition alongside organized civil society associations, in particular those working on social, welfare, and environmental issues, as well as trade unions. Problems are identified and potential solutions developed collaboratively to generate results with practical impact.
