Integrators – integration through collaboration

The program is giving five German municipalities the chance to implement digitally and socially innovative integration projects. The program will see representatives from business and civil society employed in local government for a period of six months to contribute their expertise to developing solutions to local challenges. We will fund the project role (Collective Agreement for the Civil Service (TVöD) 11.2) and provide project-related support. An educational program will be in place to support the integrators, facilitate their engagement in municipal work processes, and strengthen collaboration between all involved. A public event, meanwhile, will ensure greater networking and visibility.
