Empowering Newly Arrived Women's Participation in Municipalities
Connected Women is a participatory research project dedicated to strengthening the structural inclusion of newly arrived women at the local level and enriching societal discourse. Selected municipalities work hand-in-hand with newly arrived women to create and test custom-fit analog and digital resources. Emphasizing the women's lived experiences and insights ensures the relevance and efficacy of these initiatives, empowering them to actively contribute to and shape local life. This collaborative exchange also enables municipalities to refine their existing services and more effectively involve newly arrived women as active contributors. Text in German.
