In brief

About the project

Systemic Justice is the first Black-led, majority BPOC organisation in Europe that works on strategic litigation that is community-driven and that applies an intersectional lens. The litigation it supports will focus on issues of racial, social, and economic justice across digital and non-digital contexts.

Systemic Justice works to radically transform how the law works for communities by building the power of organisations and movements fighting for justice and equality, and by scaling impact through the promotion of equitable working models with other litigators. Based on a Europe-wide consultation with racial, social, and economic justice organisations, Systemic Justice is developing community-led litigation projects on two specific fronts: climate justice and social protection.
