In brief

About the Project

Since 1984, the Robert Bosch Foundation Fellowship Program invited around 600 young mid-career professionals from the U.S. to spend a year in Germany. Through individually chosen work stays, they got the chance to familiarize with the political, economic, and cultural environment of the Federal Republic of Germany and the European Union. The fellowship program aimed at advancing transatlantic relations by expanding the fellows’ professional competence and expertise, as well as their cultural horizon.
