Offer to professionalize school development advisory services

School development advisory services are a vital success factor in supporting schools in high-need neighborhoods. This was one of the findings of our Berlin-based pilot project, “School Turnaround”. At the same time, we are aware of the special challenges to the success of such services at schools in high-need neighborhoods. Our offer to professionalize these services focuses on the particular challenges of these schools to add another option to the existing range of qualifications for school development advisory services in Germany. We want to provide external, temporary, and empowering school development advisory services to more schools in high-need neighborhoods to support their change processes.
