Ana Bojadjievska

Ana works at the intersection of food system resilience, food and agriculture, and governance in Europe. She leads a portfolio of strategic partnerships, networks and policy initiatives advancing more resilient and sustainable food systems, with a focus on the true costs of food, ecosystem services, and landscape initiatives. She serves as Co-Chair of the European Funders on Sustainable Food and Agriculture (EFSAF) group within Philea – Philanthropy Europe Association and as a member of the Steering Committee of the Global Alliance for the Future of Food, contributing to the development of collaboration and strategic direction across the philanthropic sector. With a background in public policy and experience in democracy support, political dialogue and conflict mediation across different world regions, Ana believes that centering equity, fostering collective action, and enabling effective governance structures are key foundations for sustainable transformation.
