What Robert Bosch emphasized back in the day has since become the foundation of our coexistence: Germany’s Basic Law, the country’s equivalent of a constitution, states first of all that “human dignity is inviolable.” To mark the 70th anniversary of the Basic Law, we therefore asked: What does dignity mean to the people with whom our Foundation collaborates and whose commitment to our society we support?
