Our Russia Projects
Since the mid-1990s, the Robert Bosch Stiftung has advocated exchange and cooperation with Russia. In doing so, we consider Russia an important neighbor and geopolitical player. This is why we support both a German-Russian dialog and the inclusion of Russia in cross-border cooperation in Europe. See here for an overview of our activities.

What we do
We focus primarily on civil society cooperation and the strengthening of civil society. Since 2001, the Theodor-Heuss-Kolleg has supported young people from Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia committed to taking on an active and responsible role in shaping their society. Our support allows them to launch their own charity projects, guided by experienced mentors from the initial idea to the project implementation.
Furthermore, we support the development of good governance in civil society, such as administrative bodies or the business world. An exchange between journalists and local research grants for authors have been established to contribute to a more differentiated perception of Russia among the German public. We also offer opportunities for dialog to scientists and decision-makers. Our aim is to contribute to mutual understanding by organizing encounters and providing the framework for personal experiences, even in politically challenging times.
