In brief

About the project

Schools have a challenging job within society. In order to support pupils in the best way possible, schools need to have enough well-trained teachers as well as educational management personnel who can create the structures and conditions required to fulfill the mission of education. However, many teachers as well as school administrators feel overburdened by such growing social challenges as inclusion, immigration, and digitization – not to mention a large amount of bureaucracy and the wide range of tasks that need to be dealt with. This is where we as a foundation want to contribute.

The Foundation Course is a scholarship program for education students which will give them the capabilities to actively help shape schools as teachers, creators, and administrators and to assume leadership roles.
