The State of Europe Address

The process of uniting Europe needs benchmarks which can be used to identify what is inherently European and to measure the progress of the permanent work toward creating a common Europe. That is the goal of the "State of Europe" address, which has been held since 2010 together with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and the Stiftung Zukunft Berlin (Foundation for the Future of Berlin). The State of Europe is addressed to the citizens of Europe by the European Union's highest representatives. It is held annually on November 9.
