Informational Journey to Germany for Indian Journalists

In India, international reporting is primarily focused on the USA. What little reporting there is about Germany and Europe is limited and not very differentiated. In India, the perception of Europe is still historically influenced by the British perspective.

By means of the informational journeys for Indian journalists, the foundation would like to contribute to stronger and more balanced reporting about Germany and Europe. For this reason, the foundation, for the first time, will conduct the journey for Indian journalists to Germany and to other selected European countries. Ten representatives of the Indian national media will receive the opportunity to get to know Germany and Europe. Meetings and discussions with representatives from politics, business, science, civil society, and the media are on the agenda.
