Culture Report Progress Europe

An organism without a soul is dead. A united Europe needs a soul.
Jacques Delors

Culture and cultural policy play a strategic role in the European unification process. How can European cultural policy contribute to the development of a European identity? To search this out, the Institute for Foreign Cultural Relations (ifa) since 2007 has regularly published the "Culture Report Progess Europe" supported by the Robert Bosch Stiftung and various other European partners. Since 2011 the Culture Report is the yearbook of the European Union National Institute for Culture (EUNIC). So far there have been published editions concerning Europe's Foreign Cultural Relations, Literature, Media, and Progress Europe.
