College year 2010/2011: Experiencing Europe – Creating Neighborhood
The college year 2010/2011 promotes and brings together persons from the public sector in Central Europe that have already been active in cross-border cooperation or in the field of international relations or are preparing themselves for such a task. The college imparts new approaches and successful practices in Germany and thus aims at advancing the European thought and deepening the relations within the EU and with the Eastern neighbors.

The program year begins on September 1, 2010 and ends on May 31, 2011. The application period for this program year ended on October 31, 2009. Applications cannot be submitted anymore.
