Doctoral Scholarships in International Agronomy and Forestry

This program aims to improve the ability of young German scientists to compete on an international level in the fields of agronomy and forestry. Since 2000, the foundation has awarded 19 scholarships to doctoral students in these fields.

The scholarship holders graduated from the International Doctoral Programs at the Zentrum für Entwicklungsforschung in Bonn and the C.T. de Wit Graduate School in Wageningen (NL). In 2004, the Robert Bosch Stiftung awarded three joint scholarships together with the Center for Ecological and Evolutionary Studies at the University of Groningen (NL).

Funding in this program is discontinued. Applications are no longer accepted.
