Training

The training program was designed to meet the lecturers’ specific needs, and offers training content which is both groundbreaking and original in its methods:

  teaching methods, efficient organizational methods for teachers, 
  conducting evaluations, transfers) 
:: Educational Operations Management (advancements to educational 
   institutions, controlling, marketing).
The lecturers will acquire specific skills in the following areas:

:: Organizational Processes (Teaching/learning in an educational institution) 
:: Regional/Transnational Processes (Establishing cooperations, supporting local/
   regional/interconnected educational projects).
