Information for Universities
The Robert Bosch Stiftung’s lectureship program provides fellowships for
German-speaking university graduates to teach and carry out projects at universities in Eastern Europe and China. The fellows receive systematic scientific training and then put their new skills into practice in cooperation with their host universities. As a result, the lecturers contribute to the dialog between Germany and its neighbors in Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and China. By acquiring these skills, they also improve their qualifications for their future careers.
Since the academic year 2011/12 , the lecturers must complete an integrated training program entitled “Education Management at Universities in Eastern Europe and China.” Because of this, universities should clearly state in their application for a new lectureship (or to continue a lectureship) which fields of duty or projects the lecturers will be active in above and beyond their classes, and which the host university could support.
