Traineeship
The Robert Bosch Stiftung offers arts, social science, and economics graduates who have recently received their first academic degree (Bachelor’s, Diplom, Master’s) an easier transition from the academic to the professional world.
Three traineeships are generally offered every six months. Open positions are posted on our website three to four months prior to the starting date. Applications will only be accepted for advertised positions.

We offer a six-month traineeship to graduates who:
- are interested in the Foundation’s work
- are able to work on projects independently
- have recently graduated from an institution of higher learning
What we offer our trainees:
- a monthly salary
- integration in the Foundation’s day-to-day work
- individual mentoring and a customized traineeship program
- training opportunities
