Internship

The Robert Bosch Stiftung offers arts, social science, and economics students the chance of completing an internship in the central division of the Foundation’s head office in Stuttgart. One internship is offered per semester and is generally posted on our website. Applications will only be accepted for advertised positions.

We offer a three- to six-month internship for students who:

  • are looking to complete a mandatory or voluntary internship
  • are interested in the Foundation’s work

What we offer our interns:

  • a monthly salary
  • integration in the Foundation’s day-to-day work
  • individual mentoring and a customized internship program
  • independent work
  • training opportunities

Your profile:

You are a student currently enrolled at an institution of higher learning who would like to complete a three- to six-month internship. You have excellent knowledge of MS Office, good German and English skills, and have practical work experience. In addition, you also demonstrate a meticulous, structured working approach as well as teamwork capabilities and flexibility.

The Foundation is offering two spaces to high school students in order to experience the Job Orientation Weeks (BOGY) at the Robert Bosch Stiftung.

The Robert Bosch Stiftung is a non-profit foundation which has six different program areas. You will find more information under the "Funding" category here on this website. In order to reach these funding goals, people working at the Foundation have the most diverse backgrounds:

  • Humanists
  • Social scientists
  • Economists
  • Lawyers
  • Commercial clerks
  • Secretaries

Applications are possible at any time, however, they should be sent to Ms. Franco-Pérez at the Foundation no later than 8-12 weeks before the entry date. The application can be mailed, sent per e-mail, or phoned in.

Your application should contain the following information:

  • Cover letter with an indication of the time period for the job occupation week and either the professions or the Foundation's program areas in which you are interested
  • Résumé (name, school, grade, computer knowledge, etc.)
  • Most recent certificate/grades
  • School's confirmation of the BOGY Job Prospecting
