It aims to help overcome the isolation of Belarus in Europe by:
- Supporting cooperation and exchange between civil society representatives in both countries
- Presenting a full and complex image of Belarus in Germany through events and other publicity-generating activities.
The program supports collaborative projects that establish and strengthen contact between civil society representatives in Germany and Belarus and thereby help build a more dynamic, democratic civil society in Belarus.
